I have tried putting even the smallest of hose in my hole and nothing but pain. One thing that did give me great pleasure was I had a syringe without a needle and I disolved a chunk of crystal meth in the syringe with water. Once disolved I shot the liquid into the hole and was instantly ejaculating. Not recommended for continued use as there's a slight burning sensation afterwards.
